Some people are just not happy unless their lives are filled with drama and when you have a tenant like that your world can be turned upside down.
Some times you will get a tenant that believes everything needs to be perfect and calls you for every little thing that happens. The tenants that call the city or the housing authority before they call you for a problem can be a little irritating. Tenants from hell will call you all hours of the night for something that can be taken care of the next morning. They will also make the smallest problem something major.
